Successfully doubled net revenue at the event by implementing a strategic approach to programming and donor engagement. Spearheaded a transformation of the event by introducing two renowned keynote speakers, which not only increased attendance but also enhanced the overall guest experience. This initiative created a more compelling and immersive atmosphere, encouraging greater donor participation and contributions.
Additionally, optimized event logistics, sponsorship opportunities, and fundraising strategies to maximize revenue streams. These improvements resulted in a more prestigious and engaging event, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and setting a new benchmark for future fundraising efforts..

Successfully tripled net-revenue for the baseball preseason banquet by implementing innovative fundraising strategies, enhancing donor engagement, and optimizing event operations.
I revamped sponsorship and fundraising strategies by securing new corporate partnerships, restructuring sponsorship tiers to maximize value for donors, and incorporating high-impact auction items and experiences. By leveraging digital marketing, email campaigns, and targeted outreach, I expanded event participation and donor engagement, ultimately increasing both attendance and contributions.
Howl on Wheels Coaches’ Caravans

The ‘Howl on Wheels’ Coaches Caravans are summer events that allow our coaches to travel around the state of Arkansas to give program updates and preview their upcoming seasons.

I successfully increased attendance for the Coaches' Caravan by 159%, significantly enhancing overall donor engagement and strengthening connections between supporters and the athletic program.
This growth was achieved through a combination of strategic marketing, targeted donor outreach, and event experience enhancements.
To drive attendance, I implemented a multi-channel promotional strategy, leveraging email campaigns, social media engagement, and personalized invitations to key donors and alumni. By refining the event’s messaging and highlighting exclusive opportunities—such as Q&A sessions with coaches, behind-the-scenes program insights, and meet-and-greet opportunities with student-athletes—I created a more compelling reason for supporters to attend.
I also expanded the Caravan’s reach by increasing the number of tour stops, selecting venues in strategic locations with high concentrations of engaged alumni and donors. By partnering with local businesses and alumni groups, I fostered a sense of community, making each event feel more personal and meaningful.
Football National Signing Day Social

The National signing day social is an event held in the Woodard McAlister Family Club that allows our football staff to discuss the football signing class.

Strategically cultivated and increased special touchpoints between donors and the football staff, significantly enhancing the donor experience and fostering stronger relationships with key supporters. Recognizing the importance of personalized engagement, I developed and implemented exclusive opportunities for donors to interact more closely with the coaching staff, student-athletes, and football program leadership.
These initiatives included behind-the-scenes access such as private practice viewings, film session breakdowns with coaches, and exclusive pre-game sideline experiences. By facilitating intimate gatherings, such as donor-only dinners with the head coach and position coaches, I created unique and memorable interactions that strengthened donor connections to the program.
Additionally, I introduced personalized stewardship efforts, including handwritten notes from coaches, celebratory calls after major team victories, and tailored recognition opportunities that acknowledged donors’ contributions in meaningful ways. By implementing these high-touch engagement strategies, I ensured that donors felt more valued and appreciated, reinforcing their commitment to supporting the program.
NCAA Selection Sunday Watch Party

For the first-time in program history, the Arkansas State women’s basketball team is headed to the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.

Held a successful selection sunday event inside the Woodard McAlister Family Club that allow our donors and fans to connect with the women’s basketball staff and players.
The event not only honored the team’s achievement but also served as a moment of unity and pride for the Arkansas State community. Players and coaches expressed their gratitude for the support they’ve received throughout the season, emphasizing the significance of this historic moment. Fans and donors alike celebrated alongside the team, looking forward to the upcoming tournament and the chance to watch the Red Wolves compete on the national stage.
